Registration Fee

A new charging scheme and payment have been in place in the Hong Kong International MEDLARS Centre (HKIMC) with effective from October 15, 2001. Users are required to set up a deposit account and pay in advance. On opening the account, the following charges will be levied:

a one-time non-refundable registration fee of US$20 / HK$160; and
a minimum refundable deposit of US$100 / HK$800

Copies of articles supplied are debited against the account according to the schedule below. For members register before October 15, 2001, re-registration is required.

HKIMC only accepts payment in advance. You may make deposits by one of the following options:

By interdepartmental transfer for CUHK departments/units.
